We believe that Hulmeville Borough is a wonderful place to live, work, and raise a family. It is the intention of the Mayor and Borough Council to provide professional, efficient, timely, and fiscally responsible services in order to continue to support this quality of life.

Special Announcements

Burn Ban Lifted - As of December 11, Bucks County has lifted their ban on open burning. You can now have an open fire in accordance with your approved burn permit. If you need a permit, visit our forms page for an application.

Christmas Tree Pickup - Please note that Leck will pick up Christmas trees on 2 dates in early January: January 8 and January 15. Please make sure your tree is on the curb no later than 6 a.m. on one of those days. A tree SHOULD NOT be bagged since they will be composted.

Drivers needed - Bucks County Area Agency on Aging help wanted
Volunteers are needed to deliver meals from the local senior centers to homebound seniors living in our communi=es. Currently the need is greatest in Middletown, Falls Township, Feasterville, Trevose, and Bensalem. Click here for more information.
Hulmeville Borough Junior Council Program

The PA State Association of Borough's Junior Council Program, that was adopted in Hulmeville in 2017, is open to a High School Junior or Senior who resides in Hulmeville Borough.

If interested, please send an email to the Borough Secretary (secretary@hulmeville-pa.gov) that includes a letter describing your interest in requesting the Junior Council Position.

Borough Newsletter

The Borough publishes a newsletter, approximately 4 times per year. It is available on this website and distributed by email to every residence and business who have signed up to receive it. We will also mail a copy to anyone not able to receive it by email. You must sign up to have it delivered to you either by email or by regular mail.
