Tax Collector Hours - 2024

    Hours at Borough Hall:
  • the 4th Thursday of each month from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
  • Additional hours will be made available at the end of each discount period; 4/30/24 and 8/30/24
  • No hours in January, February, November or December
  • Appointments can be scheduled by calling (215-757-6531 x1)

If dropping off your payment, or any other correspondence, during non-office hours, please deposit them in the locked mailbox outside the main entrance of Borough Hall.

  • Borough: Fire tax = 1.5 mills
  • Refuse collection fee: $281.00
  • Per capita tax: $5.00
  • Earned income tax: 1%

  • Neshaminy School - Irene Boyle Senior Citizen Tax Assistance Program

    NOTE: The deadline for filing for the 2023 property tax assistance is June 15, 2024.

    Information and forms are now available regarding the 2023 Neshaminy School - Irene Boyle Senior Citizen Tax Assistance Program. The purpose of this program is to provide property tax relief to our senior citizens. Rates are based on household income. In order to qualify:

    1. Your TOTAL household income must be less than $30,000 (only 50% of Social Security, SSI payments and Railroad Retirement Benefits to be reported)
    2. You or your spouse must have reached the age of 65 by December 3l, 2023
    3. Your rebate property must be your primary residence.

    You can obtain the forms and filing instructions by stopping by the borough hall when it is open. Alternatively, you can download and print the forms and filing instructions here.

    If you are unable to stop at borough hall, or download and print the forms, call the tax collector at 215-757-6531 (select option 1), leave a message and the information will be mailed out to you.


    Free fraud alert service

    The Bucks County Recorder of Deeds is offering a free fraud alert service. This services monitors 25 categories of documents, such as deeds, property transfers, etc., and is intended to catch any cases of "identity stealing" or property theft.
