Meeting Dates & Times

The following are the normal meeting dates and times for the borough council and standing committees. The meeting dates, and occasionally the times, are subject to change. Unless noted otherwise, all meetings start at 7 p.m. and are held in the Borough Hall, 321 Main Street.

NOTE: Many of the standing committees and authorities do not meet every month. They may only meet when a need arises. Contact the chairperson or Borough Secretary to confirm a meeting before attending. For more information, refer to the Boards and Committees web page.

All meetings are open to the public. If you are a person with a disability and wish to attend a meeting and require an auxiliary aid, service, or other accommodation to participate in the meeting please contact the borough secretary,Dorothy Omietanski, at 215-757-6531 ext 1 to discuss how Hulmeville Borough may best accommodate your needs.

Borough Council

Regular monthly meeting - 1st Monday of month - 7:00 pm

Work session - 3rd Tuesday of month - 7:00 pm

Planning Commission

The Planning Commission meets the 3rd Wednesday of the month, when they have an agenda.

Historical Architectural Review Board (HARB)

The HARB meets the 3rd Monday of each month, when they have an agenda.

Water Authority

The Water Authority meets the 4th Monday of each month. If needed, worksessions are held the 2nd Monday of each month.

Zoning Hearing Board

the Borough

The ZHB normally meets on the 4th Wednesday of the month, when they have an agenda.

Recreation Board

No standing meeting day/time - meets when called
